Bid Coordinator for Maryland-Based GC - $65,000 - $75,000 + benefits

Your new role

  • Assisting with the preparation of accurate, complete, and competitive bid packages
  • Drafting and tracking Pre-Bid RFIs on behalf of Estimators
  • Soliciting competitive bids from qualified subcontractors and suppliers
  • Generating and maintaining document logs for all prospective projects
  • Coordinating proposal creation and submissions with the Marketing Department

What you'll need to succeed

  • At least 2 years of administrative experience in an estimating department.
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Effective presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication
  • Clear verbal and written communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Proficient in Adobe Acrobat, Blue Beam Revu or other PDF editors
  • Proficient with or willing to learn BuildingConnected
  • Proficient with or willing to learn On-Screen Take-off
