Our client is seeking a AV & Collaboration Systems Specialist for Atlanta, GA
Role Description
We are seeking an experienced AV & Collaboration Systems Specialist on a contract or temp to hire basis to support and stabilize in office audio visual and collaboration technology across multiple Atlanta office locations.
This role is highly execution focused and designed to support leadership meetings, hybrid work enablement, and day to day AV reliability, while continues evaluating its broader IT operating model. The contract structure allows both the individual and the business to validate fit, performance, and long term need, with a clear pathway to full-time conversion.
AV & Conference Room Support
• Provide onsite support for conference rooms, executive meetings, town halls, and hybrid meetings
• Troubleshoot and maintain Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, cameras, microphones, displays, and control systems
• Perform proactive testing and readiness checks prior to leadership and client meetings
• Respond rapidly to high visibility AV issues during business critical events
AV Infrastructure & Standardization
• Maintain and support AV hardware including Crestron control systems, Biamp and QSC audio components
• Ensure consistent configuration, firmware, and performance across rooms and locations
• Identify opportunities to simplify setups and reduce recurring issues
• Coordinate with internal network, security, and IT teams as needed
Hybrid Work & RTO Enablement
• Support hybrid collaboration use cases while minimizing custom or one off configurations
• Provide light user guidance and documentation where necessary
• Help ensure a consistent AV experience across Alpharetta and Glenridge offices
Onsite Escalation & Offshore Collaboration
• Act as the onsite escalation point for AV and hardware issues surfaced by offshore help desk teams
• Serve as local “hands and eyes” for troubleshooting and validation
• Surface recurring issues or vendor gaps that impact user experience
Skills and Requirement
• 5+ years of hands on experience supporting enterprise AV systems in corporate environments
• Strong experience with Crestron, Biamp, QSC, and collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom
• Proven ability to support executive level users and meetings
• Strong troubleshooting skills across audio, video, and control systems
• Comfortable working onsite with minimal oversight
• Clear, professional communication style
• CTS or comparable AV certification
• Experience supporting multi office environments
• Prior exposure to working alongside offshore IT teams or external vendors
