Hays Facilities Management are partnered with a leading FM Services provider in the NYC metro area to hire an Associate Engineering Manager.

Your new role

The job duties for the Associate Engineering Manager include the following:

- Oversight of portfolio of clients within the NYC Metro area

- Support a team of technical staff

- Develop SOP's specific to each account, may be technical in nature

- Handle client inquires/issues and provide resolution

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

- Strong understanding of HVAC, MEP, CMMS

- Manage team and handle work coordination at various sites

- Track financials and financial performance of the account

- Participate in the new client bid process from a technical standpoint

What you'll get in return

Base range between $110-120K, plus benefits and PTO
