Your new role

• Supporting the Superintendent in managing daily site operations and ensuring projects stay on schedule.
• Coordinating subcontractors to maintain workflow and quality standards.
• Ensuring safety compliance by enforcing regulations and conducting site inspections.
• Assisting with historic preservation efforts, ensuring restoration work meets required standards.
• Monitoring quality control through inspections and documentation.
• Managing schedules and logistics to keep materials and labor organized.
• Troubleshooting issues and adapting to unexpected challenges on-site.
• Communicating with stakeholders to provide updates and maintain project alignment.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience working in the trades or in a Field Engineer/Assistant Superintendent position with another General Contractor
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or relevant field
• OSHA 30 & First Aid/CPR/AED Certified
• Safety awareness to enforce regulations and maintain a secure worksite.
• Technical knowledge of construction processes, materials, and project management tools.
