• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a commercial construction management supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
