Your new role

As an Assistant Superintendent, you will support the on-site leadership of interior construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards. You’ll assist in coordinating subcontractors, managing daily site activities, and maintaining project documentation. This is a hands-on role with excellent growth potential as the interiors division continues to scale.

What you'll need to succeed

• 2+ years of experience in commercial construction, preferably interiors or Data Centers
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with safety protocols and construction scheduling
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a high-performing team
• Experience with Procore or similar construction management software is preferred
• OSHA 30 & CPR /First Aid are preferred
