Your new role
As a Construction Assistant Superintendent, you will assist in leading large-scale multifamily construction projects valued at $80M+, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll help to oversee field operations, manage subcontractors, enforce safety protocols, and collaborate closely with project managers and stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.

What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience as an Assistant Superintendent on large-scale projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
