As a Project Assistant Superintendent, you’ll help manage construction projects in Orange and Los Angeles Counties. You’ll work with skilled teams to build great projects and support a high-quality work culture.

• Thoroughly study plans, specifications, and jobsite conditions, and set up a logistics plan prior to work commencement.
• Review any special requirements of the building department that has jurisdiction over that project.
• Oversee the coordination of all subcontractor activities during the entire construction process.
• Use existing schedule details—like design plans, permits, and procurement steps—to create a clear and realistic construction timeline. Work with the Project Superintendent and the scheduling team to develop and review the job schedule.
• Assist the Project Superintendent throughout the construction process to ensure a quality product is delivered.
