Your new role

As the Assistant Superintendent, you will play a key role in supporting the Superintendent in managing day-to-day site operations on commercial construction projects. You will help coordinate subcontractors, ensure safety and quality standards are met, and assist in maintaining project schedules and documentation. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience with a dynamic team and grow your career in commercial construction.

What you'll need to succeed

• 2+ years of experience in a construction field role, preferably with a General Contractor

• Experience on commercial construction projects (e.g., office, retail, mixed-use, or institutional)

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

• OSHA 30 certification is a plus

• A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the company
