This interior-focused GC based in Mid-town Manhattan is looking for an assistant superintendent or Superintendent with experience working on commercial projects between $1M-$15M in Value. Their projects include high-end corporate interiors, lobby spaces, amenity spaces, restaurants, and retail. With a healthy pipeline of projects across new and repeat clients, they are now wanting to grow their field operations team.

What you'll need to succeed

• 3–5 years’ experience working for a general contractor in New York
• Proficient in using construction software such as Procore
• OSHA Certified
• Ability and willing to travel across the 5 boroughs
• Good communication and ability to read technical drawings
