Seeking an Assistant Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of creative office spaces throughout LA

Your new company

Hays, in collaboration with a local real estate investor, is expanding their portfolio across Los Angeles. Their diverse portfolio includes lifestyle offices and creative spaces. Currently, they are expanding their team to support their growing business. They are actively seeking an Assistant Property Manager to oversee a portfolio in LA. This exciting role is based in Santa Monica.

Your new role

  • Prepare financial statements, operating and leasing metrics.
  • Manage vendors in a timely and reliable manner.
  • Assist in development and implementation of operational strategies for assigned properties.
  • Maintain relationships with tenants to preserve the highest level of tenant satisfaction.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum of 2 years of Commercial Property Management
  • Experience with institutional financial reporting requirements
  • Proficiency with Yardi software preferred
  • High-end Customer Service Focus
