Assistant Property Manager, Commercial Real Estate | $60k - $70k base salary | Beverly, MA
Looking for an opportunity to take the next step in your Property Management career? Hays Property have partnered with a national real estate investment firm, who are looking to hire an Assistant Property Manager to join their team to support three key commercial office properties within their Massachusetts portfolio.
Working alongside the Property Manager out of the groups Beverly office, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations, financials, and construction projects across each of the assigned assets. Duties will include conducting property inspections to ensure highest level of building standards, managing staff scheduling and responsibilities, preparing financial reports and annual budget, oversee the collection of tenant rents/charges, manage vendors, ensure compliance with building codes, and ensure regular contact with tenants to maintain strong relationships and resolve any issues in a timely manner.

What you'll need to succeed
- Must have property management experience, preferably supporting commercial office assets.
- Knowledge of building operations, codes, and finances.
- Excellent time management, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem solve.
- Detail orientated, with excellent communication skills (oral and written).
- Knowledge with Yardi, Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor’s degree.
