This opportunity is based at a newly developed, approximately 250,000 SF Class A office property in Denver that has quickly established itself as one of the city's premier business destinations. Known for its focus on tenant experience, operational excellence, and employee development, this organization offers the opportunity to work alongside an experienced property management team while building a long-term career in commercial real estate.
Your new role
- Serving as a primary point of contact for tenants and assisting with tenant relations initiatives.
- Coordinating service requests and ensuring timely resolution of building issues.
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, variance reporting, and monthly financial reviews.
- Assisting with vendor management, contracts, and service agreements.
- Coordinating tenant move-ins, move-outs, and construction activities.
- Monitoring work orders, preventive maintenance programs, and building operations.
- Assisting with property inspections and ensuring compliance with safety procedures.
- Supporting sustainability, tenant engagement, and property improvement initiatives.
- Preparing reports, correspondence, and documentation for ownership and internal stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
- 1+ years of commercial property management experience, preferably within Class A office properties.
- Strong understanding of building operations, tenant services, and vendor management.
- Experience supporting budgets, financial reporting, and CAM reconciliations is preferred.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software platforms.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
