Leading national GC seeking Assistant + Senior PM for Healthcare projects across LA

I am seeking an Assistant Project Manager and a Senior Project Manager with experience in healthcare construction to join a leading national general contractor.

This role will be responsible for delivering leading complex projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery, and maintaining strong relationships with their primary client, Kaiser Permanente. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of hospital and medical facility construction, compliance with OSHPD/HCAI regulations, and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHPD/HCAI and California building codes.
  • Experience working with Kaiser Permanente or similar healthcare clients is preferred.
  • Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.).
  • Ability to work in Los Angeles with flexibility for on-site visits.
