The position is for an Assistant Project Manager and this person has the opportunity to grow into much more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Project Managers in overseeing all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction to closeout.
  • Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, and materials to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Monitor project budgets, prepare cost reports, and assist with change orders.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and meeting minutes.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–3 years of experience in construction or project coordination preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
