My client is a leading construction and development firm specializing in multifamily residential projects across Texas. With a reputation for excellence, innovation, and integrity, they are committed to delivering high-quality communities that enhance the lives and neighborhoods they serve. Due to a growing project pipeline, they are looking for a driven APM with multifamily experience to join their team.
Your new role
- Assisting with project scheduling, budgeting, and documentation.
- Managing RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Conducting site visits and progress inspections
- Supporting procurement and contract administration
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, and city officials
What you'll need to succeed
- 2+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in multifamily housing
- A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam)
- A proactive mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
