Due to a growing project pipeline, they are looking for a driven APM with multifamily experience to join their team.


Your new role

As the Assistant Project Manager, you will support the Project Manager in overseeing all phases of multifamily construction projects—from pre-construction through closeout. You’ll coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with project scheduling, budgeting, and documentation.
  • Managing RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Conducting site visits and progress inspections
  • Supporting procurement and contract administration
  • Collaborating with architects, engineers, and city officials


What you'll need to succeed

To thrive in this role, you should bring:
  • 2+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in multifamily housing
  • A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam)
  • A proactive mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
