Your new role

As the Floating Assistant General Manager, you will support the operations of a multifamily portfolio with a combined total of 300-500 luxury rental units in NYC covering the upper east and west side.

What you'll need to succeed

• 3-5 years of experience in luxury rental property management
• Well-versed in budget management
• Ability to assist in leasing activities and provide pricing recommendations
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills (oral & written)

• Compensation: $120-130K base salary
