With Civil experience preferred

Your new company

You’ll be joining a well-established Texas civil contractor that specializes in turnkey earthwork and site work operations for commercial, industrial, and residential developments. The team is known for moving fast, executing efficiently in the field, and leveraging technology‑driven processes to deliver high‑quality projects across high‑growth markets.
This is an environment where junior team members get real exposure early, work closely with experienced operators, and build a strong foundation in civil construction fundamentals.

Your new role

This is an entry‑level civil construction role designed for someone looking to grow their career in earthwork and site development. You’ll support project teams with quantity tracking, plan review, documentation, and day‑to‑day coordination between the field and office.
You’ll gain hands‑on exposure to:
  • Earthwork operations and job site logistics
  • Reading and interpreting site and grading plans
  • Supporting cost tracking and reporting using Excel
  • Reviewing and marking up plans in Bluebeam
It’s a great opportunity to learn how site work actually gets built—from subgrade prep through finished pad.

What you'll need to succeed

  • 0–3 years of construction experience (civil or site work exposure preferred but not required)
  • Basic understanding of:
    • Earthwork concepts such as cut/fill, subgrades, and grading
    • Site plans, grading plans, and profiles
  • Comfort working with:
    • Excel (basic formulas, quantity tracking)
    • Bluebeam (markups, takeoffs, plan navigation)
  • Willingness to learn, ask questions, and work in a fast‑paced site environment
  • Strong attention to detail and follow‑through

What you'll get in return

  • Hands‑on civil construction experience early in your career
  • Exposure to large‑scale site development projects
  • Direct interaction with experienced field and project leadership
  • A clear path to grow into more responsibility as your skills develop
  • Competitive compensation and long-term career progression with a stable civil contractor
