Your new role

• Assist in planning and preparing bids
• Conduct detailed cost estimations
• Collaborate with architects and engineers
• Coordinate schedules and ensure compliance with project needs
• Communicate across teams to organize documentation and support stakeholder needs

What you'll need to succeed

• 1–2 years of experience in estimating within construction
• Familiarity with healthcare renovations (a plus)
• Skills in planning, documentation, and scheduling
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Blue Beam, and On-Screen Take-Off
• Detail-oriented mindset and strong organizational skills
• Proactive energy to thrive in a fast-paced environment
