Your new role

As an Asphalt Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing daily field operations on asphalt paving projects. You’ll lead a crew to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This includes coordinating equipment and materials, managing schedules, and communicating with project managers and inspectors. Your leadership will be key to maintaining productivity and ensuring customer satisfaction.

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years of experience in asphalt paving, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role
• Strong knowledge of asphalt paving techniques, equipment, and safety protocols
• Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various job sites
