Your new role

• Take ownership of a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring service delivery exceeds expectations
• Lead, coach, and develop account teams to drive high performance and engagement
• Hold full accountability for financial performance, including P&L management
• Identify and deliver growth opportunities across existing accounts, including additional services and projects
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular reviews and engagement
• Contribute to business development activities, including bids, presentations, and client solutions
• Assist in the mobilization of new contracts, ensuring smooth transitions into operations
• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive continuous improvement and business performance

What you'll need to succeed

• 8+ years of relevant experience within facilities management, operations, or similar environments
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-site or multi-client portfolios
• Strong commercial awareness with proven P&L management experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills in complex environments
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure
• Strong Facilities management technical understanding
