Our client is seeking a Sr Project Manager – AI/ML Engineer in
Culver City, FL.

Responsibilities

• Workflow Automation: Analyze internal workflows to identify repetitive tasks and build AI-powered solutions to eliminate manual effort.
• Tool Evaluation & Integration: Research, evaluate, and integrate third-party AI tools (especially within Google Gemini’s 60–70 app ecosystem) into our existing software stack.
• LLM Applications: Develop and deploy simple tools using LLMs (e.g., semantic search notebooks with reference links) to enhance productivity and information retrieval.
• ML Strategy & Architecture: Collaborate on designing the ML architecture using platforms like Databricks. Identify clean datasets and determine the best tools (e.g., DataRobot, Databricks) for model training and deployment.
• Upskilling & Enablement: Help upskill internal teams by demystifying AI/ML concepts and demonstrating practical applications.
• Portfolio-Driven Development: Bring a portfolio of past projects (from startups or large enterprises) that showcase your ability to build, integrate, and deploy AI/ML solutions.

Requirement & Skills

1. 2–4 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering, with exposure to LLMs, automation, and ML Ops.
2. Strong understanding of LLMs (e.g., Gemini, OpenAI, Claude) and ability to build simple tools using them (e.g., semantic search, summarization).
3. Experience with ML platforms like Databricks, including data pipeline creation, model training, and deployment.
4. Proficiency in automation and integration, especially within cloud ecosystems like Google Workspace and Gemini.
5. Ability to evaluate and integrate third-party AI tools into existing software stacks, with a focus on practical, scalable solutions.
6. Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a builder’s mindset and a portfolio that demonstrates real-world impact.
7. Familiarity with data architecture and data cleaning best practices.

Job Description

We’re seeking a hands-on AI/ML Engineer with 2–5 years of experience to help drive automation and AI integration across our organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys building tools, and is passionate about leveraging LLMs and machine learning to streamline workflows and uncover opportunities for intelligent automation.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas ripe for automation, evaluate and integrate AI tools (especially within the Google Gemini ecosystem), and help architect our ML strategy using platforms like Databricks. This is a builder’s role—perfect for someone who’s organized, curious, and eager to make a tangible impact.
