Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timeliness and accuracy of information.
Manage invoice processing and expense reports.
Monitor and reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Prepare and post journal entries.
Maintain detailed records of financial transactions.
Support the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Analyze financial data and provide input for budget planning.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements.
Respond to accounting inquiries from management in a timely fashion.
Assist with external and internal audits as needed.

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience as an accounting specialist or accounting clerk.
Familiarity with finance regulations and accounting principles.
Proficient in MS Office and financial software applications.
Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
