• Oversee day‑to‑day accounting operations
• Support month‑end and year‑end close processes
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on financial matters
• Assist with process improvement initiatives as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Several years of progressive accounting experience
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or similar environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
