Your New Role
- Manage high-volume Accounts Receivable (AR), handling $5–6M monthly
- Engage with B2B and B2C clients to ensure timely collections
- Serve as a key point of contact for customer financial interactions.
- Take ownership of Accounts Payable (AP)
- Perform bank reconciliations and journal entries
- Support month-end close processes
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, data exports, system integration)
- Prior accounting experience. Accounting degree preferred.
- Experience with customer-facing financial roles
- Familiarity with construction accounting software (Foundation preferred)
- Examples of Excel proficiency will be requested during the interview.
