• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in project management.
• Proven ability to lead project teams and manage complex initiatives.
• Proficiency in digital tools, including Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Define project objectives and develop strategic plans.
• Manage communications across all stakeholders.
• Oversee project scope, schedule, and deliverables.
• Support the selection and coordination of consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to protect stakeholder interests.
• Maintain daily engagement with clients, engineers, contractors, inspectors, and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure compliance with specifications, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to avoid delays.
• Conduct regular progress and cost reviews with project teams.
• Travel to project sites as needed, including overnight stays.
• Represent the project team professionally in all meetings and communications.
