Our client is seeking a Solutions Engineer-Wi-Fi in Reno, NV

Role Description

In this role, you'll be an integral part of the team working closely with both partners and network operators to identify and address challenges, optimize performance, and ensure that operations run smoothly. Beyond this, your role will also involve being a champion for our partners, operators, and their customers. You'll work closely with them to understand their unique needs and requirements. By doing so, you'll be able to tailor our solutions and services to best meet those needs, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and success. A deep commitment to assisting network operators and championing our customers goes beyond technical expertise; it's about fostering a culture of support and collaboration. Your role will directly contribute to improving network efficiency, reducing downtime, and ultimately enhancing the success of our network operations team. Moreover, your focus on championing our customers' needs will result in stronger customer relationships, greater trust, and long-term partnerships. • Another key requirement is the ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear and simplified terms that align with our clients' business needs. You will be responsible for working with our product and systems engineering teams to understand and communicate intricate solutions effectively, ensuring that our clients not only comprehend the value of these solutions but can also make well-informed business justifications. This skill is pivotal in facilitating successful client interactions, as it empowers our clients to make decisions that enhance their business objectives. Your ability to bridge the gap between technical complexity and business understanding will play a crucial role in achieving client satisfaction and driving successful partnerships.
• Designing and testing network architectures that employ our client's products and services
• Creating network diagrams of designed architectures
• Authoring of solutions briefs to describe designed architectures
• Communicating designed architectures to both new and existing partners
• Summarizing field intelligence regarding for product engineering
• Acquisition and maintenance of elite networking certifications

Skills & Requirements

• Strong Networking Skills
• Wireless Experience and willingness to become an expert in the WiFi field
• Heavy Routing experience
• Cisco certifications highly desired
