Your New Role
As the Senior Manager, OT Cyber Safety Operations, you will lead the global operations of cybersecurity tools and processes designed to safeguard essential OT systems. You’ll be responsible for implementing and optimizing cyber defense solutions, managing incident response, and coordinating with internal teams and external service providers. This role also involves building and mentoring a high-performing team of OT security analysts, ensuring compliance with industry cybersecurity standards, and driving strategic initiatives to mitigate cyber risks across the organization.

What You'll Need to Succeed
- A Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience leading IT or cybersecurity operations
- Preferred certifications such as CISSP, GSLC, GSOC, GCTI, or CISM
- Expertise in OT cybersecurity operations, network design, and system architecture
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to analyze complex cybersecurity data and lead incident response efforts
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and cybersecurity compliance standards is a plus.
