Junior Project Manager | 110k + Bonus & Paid Benefits | New York, NY

Your new role

This growing Interiors Construction Management company is looking for skilled Junior Project Managers. You will be responsible for supporting interior construction projects from A-Z with a variety of public and private project profiles. With an established list of clients in the institutional, cultural, healthcare and residential sectors with work valued between $1-15 m, you can expect similar budgeted work. Responsibilities

- Oversee all aspects of construction, including scheduling, RFIs, budgeting, etc.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Collaborate with Senior PM, subcontractors, and all stakeholders for success
- Manage multiple projects at once with the ability to lead when needed
- Ensure compliance with all relevant NYC regulations and codes
- Must be comfortable with 50/50 on-site vs office expectation
- Ensure that all work is completed to the highest quality

Requirements

- Relevant Bachelor's degree required
- 2-4 years’ experience with a general contractor/construction management firm
- Procore and Bluebeam experience
- Strong knowledge of interior construction methodology
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience working on construction projects in New York City is a must
