Our client is seeking a Head of Operations in Princeton, NJ.

Role Description

The Head of Network Strategy is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to identify, select, and optimize our network of DMUs (Decentralized Manufacturing Units) and CTS (Clinical Trial Sites) in either the European Union or the US. This includes considering factors such as demand, capacity, risk, cost-effectiveness, location, logistics, and technology.
Additionally, these people will prioritize and select the right DMUs and CTS to support our business needs for product development and commercial success. You will also forecast and monitor demand and key performance metrics to ensure a proper balance between supply and demand. This role is a temporary assignment as a contractor.

Skills & Requirements

• Degree in biomedical sciences, pharmaceutical sciences, (biomedical) engineering or related field
• 10+ years of relevant experience in cell therapy clinical research and (GmP) manufacturing roles. So ideally we are looking for someone who has experience in both fields.
• Skilled in relationship management with CTS’s and CMO’s
