A highly respected Maryland-based general contractor with over 45 years of experience and a strong presence across the Mid-Atlantic is seeking a talented Senior Estimator to join their growing team in Maryland. This family-run firm is known for delivering high-quality projects across multifamily, self-storage, automotive, industrial, and commercial sectors, with a strong pipeline of repeat clients across Maryland and Virginia.

Your new role

You will be working within a collaborative estimating team of 12 professionals including senior estimators, bid coordinators, and reporting to the director of estimating, responsible for bidding on large-scale ground-up commercial and multifamily projects. You will have the opportunity to bid in a competitive environment (70% of work is competitively bid) as well as hard bid.

What you'll need to succeed

A Senior Estimator with 8+ years of solid bidding experience in ground-up commercial and multifamily construction
Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
A high performer with excellent relationship-building skills
A team player who values longevity and thrives in a company that grows steadily year over year
Experienced in using software: Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, Excel
