A regional commercial construction leader is seeking an experienced PM to deliver project success!

Job Title: Commercial Construction Project Manager
Location: Dallas, TX (Home Office: Flexible)
Salary Range: $100,000 – $140,000 Base Salary (commensurate with experience)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead and manage commercial construction projects across the U.S. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills who are comfortable traveling out of state to project sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all phases of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and scopes of work.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
  • Lead project meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
  • Review and approve contracts, change orders, and invoices.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
  • Proven track record of managing ground-up and/or renovation projects.
  • Willingness and ability to travel out of state for project oversight.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
