Position Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead and manage commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role is based in Dallas, TX, with occasional travel.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of commercial construction projects.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and scopes of work.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Lead project meetings and ensure clear communication among all stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address issues to avoid delays or cost overruns.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
- Review and approve subcontractor bids, contracts, and change orders.
- Manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and closeout materials.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
- Proven success managing ground-up and/or renovation projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to travel occasionally to project sites as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
