DFW-based GC is seeking an experienced PM to lead projects located across TX and the southern US!

Job Title: Commercial Construction Project Manager
Location: Dallas, TX (with occasional travel to project sites)
Salary Range: $100,000 – $125,000 Base Salary (commensurate with experience)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead and manage commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role is based in Dallas, TX, with occasional travel.
to project sites as needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of commercial construction projects.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and scopes of work.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Lead project meetings and ensure clear communication among all stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively address issues to avoid delays or cost overruns.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
  • Review and approve subcontractor bids, contracts, and change orders.
  • Manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and closeout materials.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
  • Proven success managing ground-up and/or renovation projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to travel occasionally to project sites as required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
