Our client is seeking a Senior PAM Engineer (CyberArk) in Miami, FL.

Job Description

Identify and Access Management Senior Analyst position will be responsible for supporting the IAM Operations and Technical systems with a focus on privileged access management (PAM) solutions for Cyberark and other IAM solutions for the organization. This role will be responsible for ensuring the security and availability of IAM and the Cyberark system while actively seeking to mature the security of all IAM processes. Additionally, this role will assist the GISCS team providing day to day support activities, including account onboarding, working with administrators on any issues that they are having with the product, monitoring, other troubleshooting, and maturing the platform while working with various Global IT teams departments to ensure all activities are completed within defined SLA’s. This person will work with many teams and all brands to ensure that we have global solutions for Cyberark and the other solutions that this person will work on for IAM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain the PAM solutions, policies, and access controls. Provision access and work with application teams and infrastructure teams to secure our environments
• Troublshoot and automate identity and access management systems, including privilege access tool and services. Handle level III and Level IV incidents escalated incidents, analyse root causes and drive resolutions in a timely manner. Work with end users on any issues that they are having with our solutions.
• Manage and document operational functions in the IAM environment with special emphasis on protecting company assets with controlled access and implementing and monitoring access control standards
• Drive user adoption and success by ensuring business partners are utilizing IAM solutions through proactive organizational education.
• Monitor and conduct frequent IAM tool audits to measure effectiveness of policies, procedures and processes and internal controls

Skills & Requirements

• 5+ years of cloud-based CyberArk Administration + Engineering experience in highly complex, sophisticated enterprise environments
• Must possess extensive experience and proficiency w/ vaulting accounts within CyberArk
• Must possess extensive experience and proficiency w/ application onboarding within CyberArk
• Must possess very strong experience and proficiency w/ PVWA
• Must possess very strong experience and proficiency w/ CP (Credential Provider)
• Must possess very strong experience and proficiency w/ CSN (CyberArk Secure Network)
• Must possess very strong experience and proficiency w/ EPM (Endpoint Privilege Manager)
• High school diploma or GED
• No formal education required. We are looking for someone that has worked in Privileged Access Management space at a high level that will be able to help us moving forward. It is more about the IT job training than formal education. Experience and certifications will help anyone without a college degree
• Cyberark experience and certifications are preferred. Any other IAM certifications are also preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in information security, inclusive of at least 5 years supporting Cyberark at a very high level is what is required to be successful in this position. We are looking for someone that has deployed CyberArk and knows a lot about the product
• experience with Cyberark. Experience with other PAM tools, IAM products, and solutions would also be preferred in this position
• Need someone that can script in skills using PowerShell and other programming languages would be preferred
• EPM implementation experience highly preferred
• Must possess very strong experience and proficiency conducting PAR’s (Privileged Access Review)
• Must possess very strong experience and proficiency w/ PowerShell (and other programming languages)
• Proven troubleshooting skills and ability to understand a complex environment. Possess strong technical security skills and knowledge of security and risks.

• Excellent verbal and written communications in English with the ability to effectively communicate
• information, gather relevant data and verbalize ideas effectively.
Ability to work and multitask in a fast-paced environment
