Your new role

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years of estimating experience, preferably bidding on hard bid educational, commercial or municipal-type construction projects.
• Solid experience performing quantity takeoffs, creating cost models, and building estimates.
• Experience of using Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff.
• Proven ability to develop bid packages, vet subcontractor proposals, and collaborate closely with pre-construction teams.
  Clear and confident communicator—comfortable presenting your numbers and recommendations to senior leadership.
