Your new company

Hays has partnered with a leading real estate firm known for its iconic luxury residential developments across the U.S. They are currently seeking a Senior General Manager to oversee two of their flagship high-rise communities in Downtown Los Angeles and Hollywood, CA. These ultra-luxury properties total approximately 400 units and are renowned for delivering exceptional service and design.

Your new role

  • Lead day-to-day operations across both high-rise properties, ensuring top-tier service, maintenance, and resident satisfaction.
  • Manage and mentor on-site teams including leasing, concierge, maintenance, and operations staff.
  • Develop and oversee annual budgets, financial forecasts, and capital improvement plans.
  • Drive occupancy, retention, and overall property performance through strategic planning.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, fair housing laws, and local/state regulations.
  • Act as the face of the community, delivering a five-star living experience through personalized engagement.
  • Build strong vendor relationships to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
  • Collaborate with marketing and leasing teams to implement pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum of 10 years in property management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing multiple assets or 450+ units.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing luxury high-rise or Class A multifamily communities.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and retaining high-performing teams.
  • Financially savvy with experience in budgeting, NOI optimization, and capital projects.
  • Deep understanding of compliance, lease administration, and risk management.

$115,000 - $135,000 annually, plus a performance-based bonus.
