• General contractors headquartered in Northern Virginia who specialize in Design-Build, Construction and General Contracting across a variety of sectors, federal work being their core.
• 20 years in operation, $40M in revenue and looking to continue to grow north of $50M. Headcount is roughly 50.
• Graduated from the SBA 8(a) program and took on projects as the prime general contractor.
• The federal projects they work on are typically Design Build projects and can be renovations/modernizations, new construction or involve technical historical restorations or structural repair.
• Their projects range from $2M - $20M, with the $5M-6M being a sweet spot for them, but they have done work of up to $20M.
• Work in DC, VA, and MD with a focus on work within the beltway or at the various federal bases across the DMV region.

• Position reports to the Director of Construction, but this role will involve senior leadership meetings on strategy and company decision-making.
• Joining an existing, successful, Project Management team of X1 Snr PM, 3 PMs and 1 APM.
• Requirements for the role include project management, knowledge of federal construction projects, a high preference for design-build government contracting.

• Base salary – assessed case by case, up to $150K starting.
• Bonus 15%, based on net profit, company backlog, individual performance, and discretionary contribution to the company.

• Cell phone: Stipend 50.00 per month
• Health Insurance – Medical, Dental, Vision. The plan is through Cigna. Company contribution of 90% for the employee, 50% dependent coverage.
