Your new role

• Identify and engage potential OEM clients, driving new business opportunities for VFD solutions.

• Collaborate with technical engineers, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Provide technical guidance on VFD applications within HVAC systems.
• Deliver pre-sales and post-sales commercial and technical support to clients.
• Maintain organized records of sales activities, client interactions, and project specifications.
• Prepare detailed sales reports and market forecasts for leadership review.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience in technical sales.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in VFD sales within the HVAC industry, OEMs, or end users.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and VFD technology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to travel as required (up to 50% at times).
• Experience with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred.
