Role Description
"We are seeking a highly skilled Semiconductor Industry Expert specializing in Smart Asset Management to join our team. This role is crucial for optimizing asset utilization and enhancing operational efficiency within the semiconductor industry. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing processes and a deep understanding of smart asset management technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions that drive productivity and reduce costs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement smart asset management strategies tailored to semiconductor manufacturing.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to optimize asset utilization and performance.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improving asset management processes.
• Lead initiatives to integrate advanced technologies such as IoT and AI into asset management systems.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on best practices for asset management in the semiconductor industry.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of asset management strategies and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Mandatory Skills and Skill Proficiencies Required for This Position:
• Proficiency in Semiconductor Manufacturing Processes - Advanced knowledge of semiconductor fabrication, assembly, and testing.
• Expertise in Smart Asset Management Technologies - In-depth understanding of IoT, AI, and other advanced technologies used in asset management.
• Extensive Experience in Semiconductor Industry - Over 10 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing and asset management.
Skills & Requirements
• Familiarity with Data Analysis Tools - Basic understanding of data analysis software and techniques.
• Experience in Project Management - Intermediate knowledge of project management principles and practices.
Proficiency in Communication and Collaboration - Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

ASIC Design flow/Methodology (Preference: 4)
Synopsys/Cadence EDA Tools (Preference: 3)
