Our client is seeking a Sr Software Analyst in Denver, CO.
Role Description
• Software license compliance
• Audit defense
• Strategic decision-making
• Analyze and normalize large datasets
• Interpret end-user license agreements and support contracts
• Work with major vendors (e.g., Oracle licensing)
• License allocation and tracking
Skills & Requirements
• Excel (advanced)
• FlexNet Management Suite (required)
• Flexera One (must be highly proficient)
• ServiceNow (operations-focused):
• Triage queues
• Navigate interfaces, forms, tables
• Create reports and metrics
• Intake management via user-submitted forms
• PowerPoint (for executive reporting)
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Team collaboration and training skills
• Time Zone Preferences - PST strongly preferred (aligns with most end users),Team member in CST,Open to all time zones if needed
• Team Dynamics & Onboarding - Meeting-heavy during the first 6 weeks for training, then tapers off, Do have team meetings daily within business hours to collaborate and work on tickets
