Project Manager - Heavy Civil Site Development

Company Overview:
We are partnering with a reputable Heavy Civil General Contractor in Florida and are seeking a motivated Project Manager to join a team in the Greater Orlando area. This role offers exposure to diverse projects including Site Development, Underground Utilities, Earthworks, and more. Join a dynamic team that fosters long-term growth.


Role Summary:
As a Project Manager, you will take the lead in managing both ongoing and upcoming projects. You will be responsible for ensuring successful project execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage multiple civil construction projects from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.


Key Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in civil construction and project management.
  • Project Familiarity: Experience with Site Development, Earthwork, Underground Utilities, or Roadway (DOT) projects.
  • Team Player: Strong collaboration skills with diverse teams.
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree is a plus, but relevant experience is equally valued.
  • Estimating / Takeoff Expertise: Bonus points for experience in estimating or takeoff.
