Your new role

As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of ground-up commercial construction projects from start to finish. You’ll oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, including budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and client communication. This role offers the chance to lead impactful builds and work alongside a dedicated, experienced team.

What you'll need to succeed

• 5–15 years of experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project teams effectively
• Proficiency in construction management tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam)
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (required)
