Data Privacy Onshore Tech Lead/ Architect –– Contract or CTP – Jacksonville, FL – $80.30 - $80.30 /hr.

Our client is seeking a Data Privacy Onshore Tech Lead/ Architect in Jacksonville, FL.
Role Description
Lead a large scale, multi-year Data Privacy program, act as a single point of contact for the client.
· Implementation, remediation, data privacy and compliance expertise (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, etc.)
· Work closely with client stakeholders to determine technical requirements for specific business objectives at hand
· Configuring data source for Scanning, defining policies, creating scanning profiles, scheduling scans, creating DSAR, data retention, cookie consent, User consent and preference management, Privacy Impact Assessment, etc.
· Have an overall understanding of Data Trust and leverage the best practices from a technology aspect and business needs.
· Analysis of upstream/downstream dependencies, refresh process from production to non-production databases
· Plan implementation engagements, deploy solution components, and participate in the product configuration efforts in order to meet clients’ specific requirements
· Engage with multi-discipline internal and client teams to ensure smooth rollout of BigID solutions and successful integration within customers’ environments
· Address sensitivity classification across structured and unstructured data repositories, and corresponding upstream/downstream dependencies.
· Automate privacy and compliance functions for the data regulations.
· Integrate BigID solution with external applications like Collibra, Service Now etc.
· Strong leadership and excellent communication skills
· Able to interface with CXO’s, senior executives and define Data Privacy Management strategies
· Responsible for managing deliverables quality
· Responsible for collaborating with the project team members to produce weekly status report, and weekly project log consisting of issues, risks, action items, and progress against planned activities for a given week.
Skills & Requirements
Experience Required:
· 10+ years’ experience in information technology, with at least 2 years in a customer-facing role – preferably involved in product implementation and hands-on technical activities within enterprise corporate environments
· 8+ years’ experience in data analysis, complex and advanced SQL, working with RDBMS, NoSQL database and cloud datastores
· Strong knowledge in data warehouse concepts, Ability to understand Entity Relationship diagrams for relational databases. Good understanding of database validations, constraints, syntax and data types
· Must have hands on experience in any Data Privacy compliance tool, configuring data source for profiling/scanning, defining policies, creating scanning profiles, scheduling scans, creating DSAR process flows, and Data Retention & Remediation process, Cookie Consent and Preference Management.
· Experience with Privacy Portal App and integration with ServiceNow is essential for DSAR implementation.
· Experience with other apps (PIA, RoPA, etc.) within BigID is preferred.
· Experience with Docker + Kubernetes & Cloud Experience (AWS, Azure and/or GCP) preferred
· Troubleshooting complex software modules, working from written and oral issues as described by the technical support organization, sales organization, account managers and customers themselves.
· Develop and modify modules as part of workarounds for issues or as a professional services enhancement.
· Understand database models & designs including referential integrity, application enforced integrity, data dependencies between applications.
Insurance industry experience will be a good to have
· Able to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing to business and technology stakeholders
· Ability to multitask and work effective with little supervision; ability to co-ordinate with offshore resources deliverables/activities; Ability to work with client and manage their expectations & priorities
· Bachelors’ degree or equivalent in Business Management, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
