Our client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst in McLean, VA.
Role Description
We are seeking a Business Analyst with over 8 years of experience. The ideal candidate should be a Senior Analyst with expertise in mortgages, loans, and real estate domains as well as knowledge in JIRA, Agile methodologies, and data analysis. Excellent written communication skills are also required. Below are the details of JD required.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and identify opportunities for improvement. Document these requirements in clear and concise formats, such as Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
• Analyze existing business processes and identify inefficiencies or areas for optimization. This may involve creating business process models and documenting potential improvements.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and patterns, which can inform decision-making and drive business solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for business projects. Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Identify and analyze problems, develop solutions, and recommend the best course of action to address business challenges.
• Maintain detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and project-related information.
