Our client is seeking a Lead Developer for a remote opportunity.

Role Description

A highly experienced hands-on lead developer with a strong background in automation, experience leading development teams, and extensive development experience whether with Microsoft Power Automate (including Desktop flows, Cloud flows, and Azure Logic Apps) or alternatively with UiPath, including leveraging AI to build automation solutions (Azure OpenAI or UiPath AI)

Key Responsibilities:
Hands on RPA development experience whether with Microsoft Power Automate (including Desktop flows, Cloud flows, and Azure Logic Apps) or alternatively with UiPath, including leveraging AI to build automation solutions (Azure OpenAI or UiPath AI)Experience building deployment pipelines, enabling production build out and scripting (DevOps) (preferred)
Hands on experience with PowerShell
As a hands-on lead developer, review offshore delivery team deliverables to coach design, development, and implementation of automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate or UiPath
Development experience building Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas, Model)
Experience leading release management (Change Approval & Architecture Review Board support and documentation)
Experience guiding and interacting with infrastructure team
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for automation solutions, including troubleshooting and resolving issues

Skills & Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a hands-on lead developer with a focus on automation.
Proven development experience building RPA and business process automation solutions leveraging Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas, Model), Microsoft Power Automate (including Power Automate Desktop flows leveraging UI elements), and Microsoft Logic Apps or UiPath
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both onshore and offshore teams
Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools
Microsoft Power Automate or UiPath
Microsoft Azure PaaS (configuring solutions, resource groups, storage accounts, etc.)
AI (Azure OpenAI, UiPath AI)
PowerShell
Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas, Model)
Microsoft Logic Apps (nice to have)
Python (nice to have
