Assistant Controller paying up to $95k!

Your New Company:
A respected leader in HVAC distribution, is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Assistant Controller to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for long-term stability in a supportive, professional environment.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily accounting operations and supervise AP and AR staff
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow
  • Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards
  • Maintain relationships with banks, auditors, and insurance providers
  • Lead financial planning initiatives and KPI analysis
  • Support strategic decision-making with ROI and liquidity analysis
  • Ensure internal controls and policy compliance
What You Need to Succeed:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and corporate accounting practices
  • Proficiency in NetSuite or similar financial systems
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to streamline processes and drive efficiency
