Your new role

As an MEP Superintendent, you will play a critical role in overseeing the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing aspects of interior construction projects within live or new data center environments. You’ll be responsible for managing subcontractors, ensuring compliance with design specifications, maintaining safety standards, and driving the schedule to successful completion. This is a field-based leadership role requiring deep technical knowledge and strong coordination skills.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as an MEP Superintendent on commercial interior or data center projects
• Ability to read and interpret complex construction drawings and specifications
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage subcontractors and collaborate with project teams
• OSHA certification and a strong commitment to jobsite safety
