We are seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent to lead and oversee a full down-to-the-studs renovation of a major project in Charlotte, NC. This role requires a highly skilled professional with deep expertise in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, ensuring seamless integration into a large-scale reconstruction effort.

Your new role

✅ Oversee all MEP aspects of the project, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance.

✅ Manage subcontractors, schedules, and workflow to meet deadlines.

✅ Ensure strict safety protocols and regulatory compliance.

✅ Conduct site inspections to maintain quality standards and resolve issues.

✅ Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders for seamless execution.

✅ Monitor budget and resources for cost-effective solutions.

What you'll need to succeed

✔ 10+ years of experience in MEP construction & renovations.

✔ Proven track record with large-scale projects ($100M+).

✔ Strong leadership and team management skills.

✔ Expertise in HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and energy efficiency.

✔ Ability to manage complex scheduling and problem-solving.

✔ OSHA certification & relevant industry credentials preferred.
