Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager with 10+ years of experience managing large-scale industrial and tilt-up construction projects. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of project delivery—from preconstruction through closeout—ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale industrial and tilt-up construction projects.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Oversee contract administration, change orders, RFIs, and project documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, including assistant PMs and field staff.
  • Conduct regular project meetings and provide clear, timely communication to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues proactively.

Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
  • Proven track record managing large-scale industrial and tilt-up building projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and contract management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
