Job Title: Assistant Superintendent – Commercial Construction (K-12 & Municipal Projects)
Location: Frisco, Texas
Salary: Up to $95,000 base

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Superintendent with 2+ years of experience in commercial construction. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting the execution of K-12 and municipal projects and will work closely with the Lead Superintendent to manage all on-site construction activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Lead Superintendent in overseeing daily on-site operations.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment to ensure timely project execution.
  • Monitor job site safety and enforce compliance with company and OSHA standards.
  • Maintain project documentation including daily reports, schedules, and inspections.
  • Support quality control efforts and ensure work is performed to specifications.
  • Participate in project meetings and communicate effectively with project stakeholders.
  • Help manage site logistics, deliveries, and equipment usage.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience as an Assistant Superintendent in commercial construction.
  • Project experience in K-12 schools and/or municipal buildings strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
  • Proficiency with construction management software is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
